These terms define the conditions for refunds on Real Charts indicator subscriptions.
Important: Refunds are not available. All payments are final.
2. Why Refunds Are Not Available
Real Charts is a digital product that is delivered instantly upon payment. Therefore:
- Access to the indicator is activated immediately after payment confirmation
- Digital access cannot be "returned" once granted
- A free demo version is available for testing before purchase
3. Recommendation Before Purchase
Tip: Before purchasing the full version, try the free demo to evaluate the indicator's functionality.
The demo version includes:
- 4 cryptocurrencies: BTC, ETH, LDO, SOL
- 4 stocks: QS, ENVX, MSTR, TSLA
- Full indicator functionality on selected assets
4. Exceptional Cases
In rare cases, a refund may be considered:
- Technical issues on our end — if the indicator doesn't work due to our fault and we cannot resolve the issue in a reasonable time
- Double charge — if a technical error caused funds to be charged twice
- Access not granted — if access was not provided within 72 hours after payment due to our fault
To request consideration of an exceptional case, please contact support with a description of the issue and supporting evidence.
5. What Is Not Grounds for a Refund
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- The indicator did not meet your profit expectations
- You incurred trading losses
- You changed your mind about using the indicator
- Your circumstances changed
- You couldn't figure out the functionality
- Issues with the TradingView platform
6. Subscription Cancellation
Real Charts subscriptions do not renew automatically. When the paid period expires:
- Access to the indicator ends automatically
- No additional charges are made
- A new subscription must be purchased to continue using the service
7. Agreement to Terms
By subscribing, you confirm that you:
- Have read and understood this refund policy
- Agree to the no-refund policy
- Understand you are purchasing a digital product
- Had the opportunity to test the demo version
