Real Charts is an indicator for the TradingView platform that provides analytical data and market visualization. The indicator is an auxiliary tool for analysis and is not investment advice.

By using our service, you confirm that you understand its purpose and limitations.

2. Subscription Terms

A subscription provides access to the Real Charts indicator for the selected period (monthly or yearly).

  • Access is activated within 24 hours after payment confirmation
  • Subscriptions do not renew automatically
  • To continue access, a new subscription must be purchased
  • Access is granted to a single TradingView account only

3. Disclaimer

Real Charts and its creators are not responsible for any financial losses or damages incurred as a result of using the indicator.

Trading in financial markets involves high risk, and you may lose some or all of your invested funds.

We do not guarantee profits and do not provide financial advice. All trading decisions are made independently and at your own risk.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Real Charts be liable for:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Lost profits or data loss
  • Inaccuracy of indicator signals or forecasts
  • Technical failures of the TradingView platform
  • Actions of third parties

5. Risk Warning

WARNING: Trading cryptocurrencies and other financial instruments carries a high level of risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Only invest funds you can afford to lose.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Real Charts indicator, including code, algorithms, and design, belong to its creators. The following is prohibited:

  • Copying or distributing the indicator
  • Reverse engineering or decompilation
  • Sharing access with third parties
  • Commercial use without permission

7. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You understand the risks of financial markets
  • You agree to the refund policy
  • You release Real Charts from any liability
